AQUATREAT 002 is a very efficient dispersant for hardness salts and metallic oxides. AQUATREAT 002 acts as corrosion inhibitor and prevents biofilm formation. AQUATREAT 002 has been developed to avoid and remove deposits composed of calcium carbonate, calcium sulphate, magnesium hydroxide, iron oxide, insoluble phosphates, silicates and organic deposits. AQUATREAT 002 contains sequestrants, anionic polymers, specific corrosion inhibitors, wetting agents and a fluorescent molecule. AQUATREAT 002 can be applied in closed, open and once-through cooling water systems, desalination plants, phosphoric acid plants and all other systems where above-mentioned deposits may occur. Dosage & Capacity
* Normal dosage: 20-50 ppm on make-up water // 150-250 in cooling water. Control via tracer is possible.
* Probiotic dosage (without biocides): 100 ppm on make-up // 300-500 ppm in cooling water.
* Once-through system: 2-10 ppm continuously.
